I came on-board as Visual effects supervisor to give the project its cinemagraph look through extensive work on the Flame. After that it was up to colorist Brian Krijgsman who added a gritty black and white look, reminiscent of '70s New York street photography.
Casio, as part of the European G-Sessions campaign 2013, commissioned 'Times is Rough and Tough like Leather', a film written and directed by Hesdy Lonwijk. A Dutch design team consisting of a fashion designer (Ontfront), an architect (Urbmath), a shoe designer (Filling Pieces) and an illustrator (Ceizer) collaborated in order to create the first ever, all leather G-shock watch. Hesdy manages to portray this collaborative effort in a visually extraordinary and haunting way using the new cinemagraph technique.

Lang leve de gewone man was created by advertising agency Dawn for Izio, produced by Hazazah and directed by Bram Schouw. The cinematography was done by Jasper Wolf, shot on 35mm.
For this project I was the Visual effects supervisor.
A very special project to been a part of. As a Visual effects supervisor it was my duty to make sure the viewer didn’t see that we shot this in Holland.
Kobe Messi was produced by Electric Zoo and directed by Marco Grandia for Turkish Airlines. The cinematography was in the hands of Mick Coulter, shot on Alexa.
There was a lot of 'invisible' vfx done in this commecial.
A showcase of my VFX work.
